More and more places have become free wi-fi hot spots. From Starbucks to Denny's, now Kroger's? These companies need to ask themselves why? Or at least how does this make the shopping experience better?

Answer: At Kroger it doesn't! And I have yet to see someone use it and/or care that they have it.
