Mississauga agency requires an Office Assistant for our downtown Toronto client, a Christian organization, to cover for a maternity leave- current to Feb/09 (approx. 1 yr contract,) for immediate fill!

Duties to include:
reception
filing,scanning, clerical duties
correspondence
office supply management
banking and various errands
Requirements for this position:
have excellent customer service skills
be a strong verbal and written communicator
be very organized and detail-oriented
have good competency with MS Office
MUST have: a valid driver's license in good standing, clear criminal record and credit checks due to the nature of the business
Hours: M - F, 8:30 - 4:30 or 9-5
Compensation: $34k base salary + 12.45% in lieu of benefits + RRSP matching + onsite gym membership
