God has given me a very restful time the last two Sundays, since I returned the 14th. Today my wife & I had a wonderful prayer time by telephone with tear-producing prophecy from her. She prophesied, “God has not forgotten your generation. He will move among your generation.” I know it was revelation, not reasoning, because she said “when I said, ‘your generation’, I was very worried, but then I thought, ‘I’m married to him, his generation is mine!’” But she forgot that someone prophesied to me in 98, “You are a Joshua…” & another brother prophesied, “You will lead traditional people over the bridge into the promised land.” So I said, “Don’t worry, Joshua & Caleb led the next generation into the Promised Land & you will be a leader among your generation, but I will be strong like Caleb, who at the age of 80+ said, “Give me this mountain!”
But my heart is touched, because of my same age I knew almost no believers in High School, but recently God is surrounding me with Joshuas & Calebs as I now have a simple church with two men within one year of my age, who are both in good health, plus I met Freddie in Rwanda, who is my age & stopped eating sugar & white flour like me, resulting in great health, & I just had a friend over for dinner Fri that I knew from 5th-8th grade who has a habit like Larry & I to memorize large passages of scripture & who has an “organic” dairy farm & has learned a lot about good nutrition. So there are now 5 of us fellow shipping together all within 1 yr of the same age who are strong spiritually & physically, like Moses, Joshua, & Caleb. My foundational scripture from 35 yrs ago was, Joshua 1:8 “This book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate upon it day & night, in order that you may prosper & have good success.
I also had a good talk with a leader I met from 2 years ago, who led a team that led 1900 people to the Lord in 2 weeks in Burundi and who really strengthens the house churches there & wants to come teach with my wife in Congo to teach young people (he’s about 20) how to make disciples & produce leaders in simple churches. But he’s a true orphan who scraped to make it to secondary school & does most of his ministry leadership by walking long distances. He doesn’t have the $12 to travel one-way to meet my wife in Kigali or the approx $50 with the Visa to travel to DRCongo with her. & I don’t yet have enough to pay my cell phone bill on Tuesday, & she’s waiting for electronics sales to pay May & June rent on our Rwanda house. She told me she couldn’t even call David Saku for lack of money for phone credit. But I can call them because it only costs me $.14 & $.23/min using www.manifone.com.
My new book.
I’m using my fast Internet to help me finish researching publishing my books. I first want to publish a money-making book, “How to Get/Stay Younger” that I wrote in Africa. Then I can afford to publish “The Passionate Heart of God” & “My Amazing Life” or maybe I’ll call it “How I failed my way to Success”. I love to give away books, but I’m responsible to support a growing ministry and family, so I can email any of the books to you for a “donation” of $10.
Thanks for your interest, fellowship, & support.
