Lance is the co-founder and Director of Christianity Today's Shapevine.com, and the former Director of the Northwood Church Multiplication Center. With over 20 years of experience as a pastor and church planter, Lance is a writer, coach, and consultant who has designed unique training systems currently being used by networks, seminaries, and leaders throughout the world. He lives with his wife of 24 years and their kids on a small hobby farm North of St. Louis, MO. Lance is and adjunct professor at Biblical Seminary in Hatfield, PA. His and Alan Hirsch’s book, Right Here Right Now: Everyday Mission for Everyday People will be released by Baker Books at the end of 2010.

Brad has been involved in church planting for over ten years and is currently a church planting strategist for a network of churches in Kansas City, Kansas. He holds a Doctorate of Ministry degree in the area of missional ecclesiology and trains leaders throughout the mid-west.
