Organic leadership by my friend and hero Neil Cole is out!! This is going to be a red hot book with an equally red hot impact. Neil says some tough things but he says it in his characteristically gentle way. This book is natural follow-on from Organic Church which laid down a paradigmatic missional ecclesiology for the new millennium, but never tackled this issue of what leadership looks like in an organic movement. This book amply fulfills the task. I think it is an even greater follow up to a really great book.
