Bob Carlton is a Missional Church Multiplication Consultant for New Church Initiatives (NCI). Bob has been church planting for over 10 years. Prior to becoming a church planter Bob served as a worship leader and started the college ministry "Encounter" at Willow Creek Community Church. Later, he and two other pastors (John Burke and Ted Beasley) from Willow moved to Austin, TX to plant Gateway Community Church, a dynamic church known for the phrase "no perfect people allowed." Bob later went on to help develop and lead the Emerging Church Network which has planted over 300 churches. Bob is also an accomplished musician, having won a Dove Award for Hard Music Album of the Year while playing with the band Massivivid. Recently, Bob and his wife Kristina (and their two crazy dogs) moved to Nashville, TN where he joined the missions team of Brentwood Baptist Church serving as their Church Planting Minister.
