            <description><![CDATA[Justice for CARERS:<br /><br /><a href="http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/england/london/7219097.stm">http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/england/london/7219097.stm</a><br /><br />The European Court of Justice has ruled that Sharon Coleman suffered discrimination by association, she is the mother of a disabled child and was forced to leave her job.<br /><br />The full ruling will be later this year, but the argument is that it should be made illegal to discriminate against someone because they are the carer of someone with a disability.<br /><br />&quot;A robust conception of equality entails that these subtler forms of discrimination should also be caught by anti discrimination legislation.&quot;]]></description>
